The RHZK series Positive Pressure Air Breathing Aparatus is a kind of automatic open-type air air breathing device. It is mainly applicable in firefighting , chemical industry, ships and vessel, petroleum, smelting and mine industries. It can help the fireman or the ambulance men to safely extinguish the fire, to safely deal with an emergency, or to safely carry out the rescue work in adverse circumstances where there are full of dense smoke, poisonous gas,steam ,or lack of oxygen.

RHZK SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) servicing involves regular inspections, cleaning, and testing of components, including the 6L/300bar cylinder and pressure regulator. Key requirements include mandatory monthly checks, cleaning with mild detergents, and professional hydrostatic testing for cylinders every 5 years. 

• Post-Use/Monthly Inspection: Clean with a mild detergent and disinfectant, check for damage, ensure harness straps are intact, and verify no leakage in the high-pressure system.
• Cylinder Maintenance: Cylinders require hydrostatic testing every 5 years to ensure integrity, with the test date permanently marked.
• Pressure Reducer and Alarm: The pressure reducer reduces the 300bar cylinder pressure to 5-9 bar, while the alarm warns of low pressure (approx. 55 bar).
• Function Checks: Ensure the cylinder valve operates correctly (turn 2+ times to open) and that the whistle alarm works.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and contaminants.
• Professional Servicing: Annual inspections or as per manufacturer guidelines are required for the regulator and mask to ensure reliable operation.
