Designed to allow water vapour (perspiration) to escape from the suit yet will withstand saturation of liquid chemicals and filter 100% of particulates down to 0.01 microns in size. (EMSL test method) With stitched and taped seams, it provides an exceptional overall barrier to low hazard liquid spray and fine particulates. Features and benefits: Protection - Proven barrier to low concentration liquid chemicals, diluted pesticides, liquid & particulate biological hazards. Silicone Free – Critical in spray painting applications. Low Linting – Reduced risk of contamination in critical areas. Anti-static – Tested according to EN 1149-5. Applications: Agriculture, paint spraying, pharmaceutical industries, fibreglass product manufacturing, boat and ship building and Mining. Protection Levels & Additional Properties: Type 4-B : Spray tight suits (Suits which offer protection against saturation of liquid chemicals) Type 5-B : Dry particulate protection (Suits which provide protection to the full body against airborne solid particulates) Type 6-B : Reduced spray suits (Suits which offer limited protection against a light spray of liquid chemicals) EN 14126 : Protective clothing against infective agents [“Type” suffix with “-B” [i.e. Type 3-B] indicates approval to this European Norm]. MicroMAX fabric features excellent liquid repellency for applications requiring greater protection from liquid sprays and splashes. High MVTR ensures comfort for the wearer.

The premium MicroMAX coverall features a unique additional nylon scrim between the film and substrate layers. This acts as a “rip-stop” and results in the highest tear strength available for this type of fabric (see Further Information below).

Coveralls with an extensive range of accessories are available including sleeves, overshoes (including with non-slip and/ or anti-static soles), lab coats, aprons, hoods etc
