Confined space monitoring equipment is used to detect carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), oxygen (O2) deficiency and combustible (LEL) gases. These detectors utilize an internal pump to pull the gas sample into the instrument and should be used prior to entering a confined space.

The Honeywell BW Manual Aspirator Pump Kit (PN: MC-AS01) allows remote gas sampling for MicroClip XL detectors prior to entering confined spaces. The kit includes the hand pump/bulb, a 1-foot (0.3m) rigid sample probe, a 10-foot (3m) sampling tube, and the adapter cap. Key Details & Usage- Compatibility: Fully compatible with GasAlert MicroClip XL, XT, and X3 models.
- Functionality: Screws directly onto the sensor ports using the same calibration/bump test cap. Squeezing the bulb manually draws air from inaccessible areas or deep tanks to the detector, keeping the worker at a safe distance.
