ASE30 Fire Escape Smoke Hood

The ASE30 (and ASE30A) is a single-use fire escape smoke hood that provides at least 30 minutes of breathable filtered air during a fire or chemical emergency. It is designed to be worn over the entire head to protect against toxic smoke, radiant heat, and direct flames.
Key Features and Capabilities
  • Toxic Gas Filtration: Purifies air against Carbon Monoxide (CO), Hydrogen Cyanide (HCN), Hydrogen Chloride (HCL), Acrolein, and Anthrax.
  • Heat Resistance: The flame-resistant aluminum foil or PVC material protects the head from hot falling ash and radiant heat/direct flames up to 1000°C (or 1800°F). 
  • Design: Features a large clear vision window to reduce claustrophobia and a high-visibility handle for quick access in low-light environments. 
  • Universal Fit: Suitable for adults and children (typically ages 2 and older).
